Verifiable expertise, not a sales pitch

Tool certifications, planning methodology, and engagement model: what we actually bring to your projects.

Tools

Three planning environments, mastered in depth

Primavera P6

Multi-package scheduling, resource and cost management, critical path analysis, progress tracking on complex programmes (EPC, infrastructure, industrial).

MS Project / Project Online

Agile planning for mid-sized projects, integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborative reporting.

Planisware

Project portfolio management, capacity planning and multi-project arbitration for programme leadership.

Our model

The lead planner: a single point of entry, a wider capacity

Every Primavera Planner assignment is led by a senior planner, selected for direct experience on projects comparable to yours. They are your single point of contact — the person who understands your context and is accountable for the outcome.

When the assignment requires it — workload peak, specific tool expertise, need in another language — this lead planner mobilises, under their direct supervision, one or more profiles from our network. You never manage multiple contacts or layers of subcontracting: accountability stays whole and centralised.

What this means for you

  • A single contact from scoping to close-out
  • The ability to scale up without you having to recruit
  • Consistent standards, whichever profile is mobilised
  • A lean structure — responsive, without agency overhead
Methodology

What serious planning work actually covers

Structuring

Work breakdown structure, contractual milestones, dependency logic and critical path defined from day one.

Tracking

Periodic updates, variance analysis, early warning on schedule or resource slippage.

Analysis & defence

Delay analysis, schedule reconstruction, argument preparation for claims or contractual disputes.
